Our metal table legs are typically not free-standing by themselves, so they do require adhesion to the tabletop to create a rigid, stable table, which typically is not possible with glass tops. We have heard of people using special types of adhesive to glue the legs to a metal top, but we have no experience or any other information or recommendations on that end.
We recommend going with a free standing design of metal table legs, which could be using our T-Shaped Legs, HD Triangular Style Legs, or similar, or using a single piece metal table base. Alternatively, we can turn a design of metal table legs into a free standing base by adding metal cross bars, either welded on or bolted on. With a free standing metal table base, you can simply rest the glass top on top of the metal base. The price for this varies quite a bit based on the details of the base. If you are interested in getting more information about this, please give us a call at 847-865-0957 or send us an email to Sales@Econwelding.com
